Healing from Home: The Haven’s Virtual IOP for Women

Accessing quality treatment shouldn’t depend on where you live, whether you have a car, or who can watch your kids. At The Haven, we understand that life’s responsibilities and barriers don’t pause when you are ready to seek help. That’s why we offer a fully virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed specifically for women.

Our virtual IOP groups meet Monday through Thursday from 6:00–9:00 PM, making it easier to balance recovery with work, parenting, and other daytime commitments. Every part of the program, including intake, ongoing group sessions, and individual counseling, can be completed online. There’s no need to travel, rearrange your entire schedule, or step away from your daily responsibilities.

The Haven’s virtual IOP is gender-specific and trauma-informed, creating a safe and supportive space where women can heal, connect, and grow. Our approach recognizes the unique experiences women face and prioritizes emotional safety, trust, and empowerment throughout the recovery process.

Our virtual IOP is available for women who might otherwise go without support. This program is especially helpful if you:

  • Live in a rural or remote area
  • Face transportation challenges
  • Need to stay home with children or caregiving responsibilities
  • Work during the day and need evening options

And because it’s virtual, you don’t have to leave behind what matters most. You can stay close to your kids, your pets, and your home environment while still receiving high-quality care.

Participating in virtual IOP means you can engage in treatment confidentially, without worrying about running into someone you know or others in your community finding out. Your recovery journey is your own.
