The Haven has been recognized as one of the best substance use treatment centers in the U.S. This prestigious honor, presented by Newsweek and Statista, was announced on August 7, 2024.
The ranking lists 400 inpatient, long-term, and residential treatment centers in the 25 states where these facilities are most numerous. The list highlights the nation’s top facilities based on quality of service, reputation, and accreditation.
The list is based on three data sources:
1. National Online Survey – Reputation Score
65 percent of the total score is based on an online survey in which medical professionals (therapists, counselors, medical doctors) and managers/administrators who work in substance use treatment facilities were asked to recommend leading treatment centers in the U.S. Recommendations for their own employer were not allowed. For each recommended treatment center, participants were asked to rate quality of care, quality of follow-up care, quality of service, and accommodation and amenities.
2. Accreditation Score
30 percent of the total score is based on data provided by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) regarding substance use treatment centers. Nine types of accreditations were considered as a part of the score.
3. Google Reviews
Five percent of the total score is based on Google reviews which served to measure member experience.
The Haven in the Top Ten
The Haven ranked as the 10th best substance use treatment center in Arizona. Being recognized on the Newsweek’s list of America’s Best Addiction Treatment Centers highlights The Haven’s outstanding program and its reputation in our community.
“At The Haven, our commitment to Recovery with Respect drives us to provide the highest quality care to our members. This recognition is a testament to our team’s dedication and hard work, ensuring that each woman receives the personalized care she needs to heal from substance use disorders. I am truly honored to lead such an exceptional organization,” Aimee Graves, Chief Executive Officer comments.
