The Haven has been ranked as one of the best addiction treatment centers in the US. The ranking is done by Newsweek and their partner Statista, and it was published in the August 26 issue of the Newsweek.
The ranking lists the top 330 residential and long-term facilities in 25 states based on quality of service, reputation, and accreditation. The 25 states were chosen because they have the highest number of addiction treatment centers according to SAMHSA.
The total score of each facility is based on a reputation score (80% of the total score) and an accreditation score (20% of the total score). Newsweek and Statista invited over 4,000 medical professionals (therapists, counselors, medical doctors) and admin staff to participate in the survey to create the reputation score. Participants were asked to recommend notable addiction treatment centers in their respective states, and they could not recommend their own employer.
